Well, I have successfully made it to Day 7 without killing anyone. I did have one fight with the husband but that probably would've happened whether I was in the "KILL ALL THE THINGS" stage of the Whole30 or not. So far, it has been rather easy, and I think that social situations are going to be the hardest thing to resist temptation during. I have done well at sticking to my meal plan and having plenty of food available that I can eat. I have noticed that my snacking is much less and that I definitely am less "hungry all the time".
While, I am not having trouble sticking to it, I do find I have random cravings for random things at random times and then I go through the many stages of grief that I can't have them.
I just keep thinking about how good I will feel when I complete 30 days. :)

Whole30 Day 1
I am trying (again) to do a Whole30 Paleo Challenge. If you don't know what that is you can read about it here. I am going to chronicle what I ate and how i felt here so that I can go back and reference it. If you read it too, well than that's just swell. :)
Day 1:
Breakfast: Breakfast Lasagna and some EveryDay Detox Tea w/lemon.
Lunch: I packed a salad but it doesn't really sound appetizing. I have had a hard boiled egg, a few slices of Applegate Farms Turkey, Non-cured Salami, some garden cucumber with homemade ranch and some fresh cherries. Oh and a few macadamia nuts!
Dinner: Pizza chili(adaptation from this recipe).
Snack: I wasn't going to snack but I started to feel crappy around 8:30-9pm so I had a banana, a few nuts, and two fried eggs in coconut oil. Not ideal, but it was better than feeling like I was going to throw up/get the shakes.
How I felt: Mostly fine, but wondering if I was going to make it through the whole 30 days.
Aches/Pains: I had a horrible headache and so I took some tylenol that lasted about an hour and then it was back.
